THE CHALLENGE: Turn an empty 6’ x 10’ room into a laundry/mud/craft room

HOW TO DO IT: Space-saving ideas made this teeny tiny room multi-functional
    •    a laundry drying rack folds neatly against the wall when not in use
    •    a commercial rolling cart tucks under the folding table
    •    stackable washer and dryer cuts floor space in half
    •    the fold-away ironing board disappears instantly

THE DECORATING IDEAS: Sweet tips to liven the laundry or ANY room for that matter
    •    Open cabinet doors to wallpaper-lined shelves and cabinets for the happiest of “Hellos!”
    •    Cover glass doors with decorative window film to hide clutter behind
    •    Glue fabric trim to shelf edges for a softer look
    •    Fabricate a skirt around an industrial laundry sink and rolling cart
    •    Get “hooked” on Shaker peg racks!
    •    Tord Boontje's Tyvek "Until Dawn" wall panel covers the unsightly electrical panel
    •    Cover the ceiling in wallpaper
    •    Cleaners and liquids look organized and prettier in decorative trays

Nice transformation!

Wow, very motivating.

I love how they fit so many different uses in one room.

I love the wallpaper in the cabinets.

Great ideas but wallpaper is so messy.

Hi Gyna, Check out Tempaper for wallpaper that goes up and comes down like a big Sticky! Tisha

So pretty!!

Amazing how an ironing board could look so enticing. Fantastic ideas. Thanks!

Romantic. Thanks for this.
